Before the transaction, it is very important to understand what you are buying. If you are buying an apartment, find out whether it is a separate property. If you are buying a house, make sure that the land under this house will be yours. If you are buying land, you need to find out what you can do with this land.
About the transaction amount
Make sure, if you are the seller, when you will receive your money. The contract must specify the exact date or event after which the buyer will definitely pay you.
If you are the buyer, make sure that the contract includes the terms for the release of your new home.
Other terms of the contract
You need to know exactly about the encumbrances that lie on the property, how much you will have to pay for the maintenance of the property, whether anyone has the right to use the property together with you.
And you should always be very careful about the behavior of the person entering into a transaction with you. Sometimes a mumbled word or a casual gesture reveals the true state of affairs.
